what to expect

Personal Training - Get 1:1 coaching with Madison Ingui if you don't feel ready or comfortable working out in a group setting. Sessions are private and only 30 minutes. You will get a plan tailored to you so you can reach your fitness goals. Contact us to check availability.

Group fitness Classes - We keep our group fitness classes small so you don't feel like you're just a number. We want you to get the personal attention you need but with the group atmosphere. We like to keep the workouts fun but effective!

Community - We want you to feel at home when you walk through the doors of MadFit Training. We cherish our community over everything. I promise you won't feel judged or intimidated here.

What type of classes do we offer?

Strength + Cardio - These 45 minute classes are a mix of HIIT + Strength Training so you  burn fat plus build muscle. Every class will be a full body workout with some days more focused on lower body and others more focused on upper body.  

Full Body Burn - You will work every muscle from head to toe during this 45 minute class. We will build muscle while burning fat. 

Cardio & Core - It's a simple as that, cardio + core. We will get our heart rates up then target those abdominals for a quick 30 minute class

 

Sculpting - After a week of picking up heavy weights and lots of cardio, we slow it down for Friday Sculpting class. You can expect Pilates and Barre inspired moves that are low impact. Come feel the burn for this class!
